Event Catering Information
At Leongatha Golf Club we pride ourselves on being able to prepare and execute a variety of events. From corporate golf days to conference and parties Leongatha Golf Club has the facilities to create, plan and execute your next function.
Our Spaces
Leongatha Golf Club has three flexible indoor event spaces available as well as our nationally ranked Vern Morcom 18-hole golf course.
Within our Clubhouse we have our Meeting Room, which is perfect for smaller events, meetings and seminars. With its own access to the outdoors as well as a fireplace this room is available all year round and can be sectioned off from the rest of the clubhouse.
This room is perfect for events up to 40 people.
Our second available space is our Main Lounge. This room has direct access to our bar, contains a parquet dance floor and would accommodate up to 100 people.
Lastly these two spaces can be combined into use of the whole Clubhouse. This space would be perfect for larger sit-down functions and events.
All of our spaces used for conference and events come with the following included equipment: projector and screen, whiteboards, extension leads and power boards, television, cordless microphone, pa system and free wi-fi.
Set up and pack down costs are included in all of our event costings and availability to the room for decorating prior to major events can be arranged through the club.
Menus
Leongatha Golf Club is happy to work with guests to create a unique menu for your event while working closely with local producers to incorporate the best of South Gippsland produce.
Leongatha Golf Club will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals. Talk with us about any special needs you may have.
Other Services
School Events
Whether for physical fitness, mental wellbeing or as a social game – golf is a great sport for young people. Leongatha Golf Club is committed to working with both Primary and Secondary schools to encourage youth to play golf, learning and enjoying all golf has to offer. We can run clinics and mini competitions specific to your school’s needs. Students are welcome to attend one of our many school holiday programs.

Weddings
Leongatha Golf Club a great place to hold your wedding. Say “I do” amongst beautiful established local flora, creating a stunning backdrop and incredible options for photos on your special day.
Clinics, Training Programs & Flightscope Simulator
With 2 on course professionals Leongatha Golf Club has the ability to run multiple clinic and training programs at one time. Perfect for beginners or as a break out from your meeting, it’s a great way to introduce people to the game of golf. With a large driving range and spacious practice putting green, there are lots of areas for your group to get out, stretch their legs and enjoy our rural bush setting.
Our recently opened state of the art Flightscope simulator allows guests to practice their skills or enjoy playing the world’s most famous golf courses without leaving Gippsland. Sessions on the Flightscope can be included into function packages as either breakout sessions or mini competitions.
