After 3 weeks of the 12 week qualifying period there have already been some impressive scores posted. At present Peter Waters leads the pack with 40 points, and you need 33 points to make it onto the leader board.

The women are figuring prominently, with 4 of the 10 women entered making it onto the leader board at this stage.

It is not too late to enter as there are 9 more weeks of the qualifying period to go and you only need one good round to ensure a place in the final shootout in November. Entry is a reasonable $10 and there are some great prizes on offer and a lot of fun to be had if you make it to the shoot out. See our counter staff to enter.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE LEONGATHA GOLF CLUB MEN’S GOLF COMMITTEE

In accordance with Section 83 of the constitution of the Leongatha Golf Club, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for the Leongatha Golf Club Men’s Golf Committee and election of office bearers will be held in the Clubrooms on Thursday 15^th September 2016 at 2.00pm.

Eligible members seeking nomination and election to the committee can obtain a nomination form from the Club Manager, Josh Hall, and are requested to lodge completed said form with the Men’s Captain by no later than 3.00pm on Thursday 8^th September 2016.

Interested parties seeking information regarding the duties associated with the responsibilities of the Men’s Golf Committee should contact the Men’s Captain, Peter Waters.
