Genesis Golf Link Cup
Some exciting news for this week – Out of over 100,00 players Australia wide Rebecca Thomas has been placed 4th in A Grade, 9th overall and the top placed woman in the Genesis Golf Link Cup. Congratulations Rebecca, and your’e sure to enjoy your prize of fully paid trip to Sydney for two, a game of golf on the Friday at the New South Wales Golf club, guest at the Australian Open at the Australian Golf Club on Saturday, and a yet to be named adventure on the Sunday before flying back home on Monday. Well done on playing such quality golf to achieve this win.
Wednesday 21st June Walter & Eliza Hall 4BBB Stableford
Today’s event sponsored by Walter & Eliza Hall Institute. The raffle was donated by Colleen Touzel. Total of 44 Players. Winners were Elizabeth Seebeck and Bronwyn Debenham with 47 points and the Runners Up were Marea Maher and Lesley Renwick with 43 points.
There were 8 Players in the nine hole competition with the winner being Marie Sands with 20 points.
Tuesday 20th June 2017- Stableford.
On a beautiful day for golf, Greg Ellt carved up the course scoring 39 points to win Best Score of the Day. For full report click here;
Women’s 4BBB Stableford Saturday June 17th2017
Sixteen women played in a 4BBB on Tom Welsford’s Day in beautiful conditions. The best score of the day was had by Marea Maher and Sue Woods with 41 pts, D.T.L. ball winners were Pam Christensen and Vicki Milner with 40 pts. N.T.P. winner on 16th was Melina Willder 4.7m.
Thursday 15th June 2017- Stableford.
A good field of 82 played in ideal golfing weather. With a good mixture of some regulars, visitors and new members on the day, the Best score of the Day was 39 points by Ken Smirk.

Wednesday 14th June Stableford
Todays event sponsored by Jan Brownlie and Sue Woods. There were 32 players. A Grade winner- Trish Owen-33 points, B Grade winner-Jill Steer-36 points, C Grade winner-Lynda Bassett 34 points.
There were 7 players in the nine hole competition with the winner being Gwen Chapman with 17 points.
Tuesday 13th June 2017- Stableford.
On a grey overcast day, the sun was shining on a few golfers as they ripped through the Course, none better than Daniel Ruffin (B grade) taking out Best Score of the Day with 43 points ahead of Jon R Smith (A Grade) with 40 points and Neil Mackenzie (C Grade) with 34 points.

Queens Birthday Stableford – June 12
Coralie Baker continued her fine form with a win in today’s event with 35 points, beating Peter Hart on a countback.
