Hole 11
The hardest hole on the course. The drive suits a fade from the tee to compensate for the downhill right to left fairway. If the drive is long enough, you will get some extra roll down the hill. Another long uphill approach awaits. Par is well earned at 11.
Pro tip
This is the longest par 4 on the golf course. The first half of the fairway slopes downhill and to the left. The drive will feed to the left so taking an attacking line where the 270m is marked below, will see the ball run down to the middle of the fairway. The centre of the fairway is fine for the shorter hitters it will open up the hole on your second shot.
The rest of the hole plays uphill. Another hole where the front edge is a good result. Not an easy green to putt on; it’s best to keep the ball below the hole where possible.
