The course played well. Bathed in beautiful sunshine. What a great way to start of 2019 with a game at Leongatha. Elly from Woorayl GC enjoyed the course with a fine score of 40 points to take out A grade. Peter Walsh also enjoyed the course with a fine 40 points to take out B Grade. Jim winning C grade with a fantastic 38 points. Matt had 2 Fantastic shots for the day taking out both Nearest the Pins. (only one Birdie though)

Many thanks to all those players and friends of Leongatha Golf Club who purchased tickets to our Heritage Raffle. Today’s Mulligans 4BBB Stableford was won by the pair of Lynda Bassett and Andy Bassett with a gigantic 50 points.
The straightest drive prize was won by Marea Maher whose tee shot was resting on the rope.
There were a total of 30 players enjoying beautiful golfing conditions today. The winners were A Grade – Anna de Bondt (23) 33 pts on c/b from Trish Owen, B Grade – Kerry Hogan (26) 35 points and C Grade – Lianne Adamson (33) 36 points. Congratulations everyone.
We had a total of 9 players in the nine hole comp, with the winner being Cheryl Borg (45) with 19 points on c/b from Pat Pease.
