Thursday’s stableford event attracted 81 players in pleasent playing conditions, the morning started off a little cool, but the day turned out to be a day for good scoring. Don Smith was the best of the field with 40 points, with good scores also returned by John Mcinnes, Wayne Elliott and David Forbes on 38 points

Saturday the players contested the April monthly medal in difficult scoring conditions. The weather was cool through out the day with blustery winds and showers. The winner on the day was Glenn Marsham with a fine score of 69 nett. Dot Stubbs used her years of experience to take out the ladies event with 71 nett.
